jitabet Terms and Conditions
This document describes in detail all terms, rights and responsibilities for using the jitabet platform. Please read each section carefully before you start using the service.
General Introduction and Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services and activities provided through the jitabet platform. When a user registers an account on jitabet, logs in, or uses the service in any way, they are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms.
These Terms are prepared for users in Bangladesh and written in Bengali. In case of any linguistic ambiguity, the meaning of the original document shall be final. jitabet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes shall be considered acceptance of the new terms.
Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
Users must be at least 21 years old to open an account on jitabet and participate in any casino or betting activity. If an underage person's account is identified, it will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each user may operate only one account. Registering multiple accounts from the same person, family, address or device is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false details regarding name, mobile number or identity may cause problems during account verification and may result in withdrawals being held. jitabet may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.
2.4 Password and Security
Account security is entirely the user's responsibility. Users are obliged not to share their password with anyone and to report any unauthorised access immediately. jitabet will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
3.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on jitabet is ৳200. Currently supported payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Providing correct payment details when depositing is mandatory. jitabet will not be responsible for funds lost due to incorrect information.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed using the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. jitabet reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is completed.
3.3 Legitimacy of Funds
Users confirm that all funds deposited on jitabet come from legitimate sources, and using a third party's card or mobile account is strictly prohibited. If suspicious financial activity is detected, the account may be verified or suspended.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members on jitabet can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳2,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000; before withdrawing, ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Only one bonus offer applies per deposit.
- No funds, including the original deposit, may be withdrawn before the bonus wagering requirement is met.
- Bonuses may never be treated as cash, and winnings from a bonus are first counted towards the wagering requirement.
- Each bonus offer may have its own minimum deposit amount and validity period.
- jitabet reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
4.3 Other Promotions
Terms for weekly, monthly and special occasion promotions are announced separately. Specific terms for all offers — including referral bonuses, birthday rewards and cricket deposit bonuses — are published on the jitabet platform. Combining multiple promotions at the same time may not always be possible.
Game Rules and Fair Play
5.1 Bet and Game Outcomes
The results of all sports betting and casino games are determined in a neutral and automated manner. A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled. For sports betting, if an event is cancelled the bet is generally refunded, though each market's own rules apply.
5.2 Cheating and Misconduct
Any form of cheating, software assistance, arbitrage betting or attempts to abuse the system are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be permanently closed and any winnings will be forfeited.
5.3 Technical Errors
If a game or bet outcome is affected by a server issue, network outage or technical fault, jitabet reserves the right to cancel or re-settle that bet. In such situations, an effort is made to return the user's stake.
VIP Program and Cashback
jitabet's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Cashback is provided on weekly net losses at each tier.
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback on the week's net losses.
- Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback on the week's net losses.
- Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback on the week's net losses.
The cashback amount is calculated by subtracting total winnings from total losses. For example: a Silver tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback. Details on how to move up to a higher tier are available on the platform. If no separate wagering requirement applies to the cashback amount, it is added directly to the account, though the terms of specific VIP offers may apply separately.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jitabet platform:
- Operating an account on behalf of or for an underage person.
- Registering an account using another person's identity or information.
- Operating games using automated software, bots or scripts.
- Intentionally exploiting any technical vulnerability in the platform.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.
- Placing coordinated bets with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
- Harassing, threatening or attempting to defraud other users.
Personal Information and Privacy
jitabet treats the protection of users' personal information as a top priority. How information collected during account registration and use is stored and used is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you also agree to that policy.
SSL encryption and other security technologies are used to keep users' information and financial transactions secure. Personal information is not sold or transferred to third parties without authorisation.

10.2 Closure at jitabet's Initiative
jitabet reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons: breach of these Terms, prohibited activities, failure to complete identity verification, or suspected fraud in financial activity. In such cases, the user will be notified as soon as possible.
Limitation of Liability
jitabet provides its services on an "as is" basis. jitabet accepts limited liability for any loss caused by technical errors, server outages or third-party game providers.
jitabet has no obligation to compensate for the outcome of bets or games placed at the user's own discretion. jitabet is also not liable for any bet lost due to an internet disconnection or device issue.
